The Through Each Others Eyes (TEOE) Arizona / Alberta Exchange 2012 brings together four professional photographers, two from Arizona and two from Alberta, in a collaborative visual arts project -- “New West Visions”. Combining their individual experience, vision and style, Royce Howland and Peter Carroll of Alberta and Colleen Miniuk-Sperry and Ken Ross of Arizona will work closely together during expeditions creating new photographs in Calgary, Phoenix and surroundings. They will jointly interpret the common ground and contrasts between their home regions, from the perspectives of both residents and visitors. From that work, the group will develop presentations and an exhibit of around 80 framed prints to be shown in both cities, including a project wrap-up exhibit in Calgary during the Exposure 2013 photography festival.
